This boat started out ahead of the rest of the group in the beginning, but ended up with the 6th place, due to the penalty for OCS (On Course Side at start).

Orchids & blinds

This is one of my precious orchid collection in our kitchen. This particular one re-flowered for the first time under my care, so I'm super excited to see these beauties blossoming. Somehow I liked the morning sunlight on the white petals and the blinds effect in the background.

On our way to Morges last weekend, we saw this crazy poppy field next to the autoroute. I've never seen such a dense group of poppies growing in a marshland. Felt just like in a dream.

zen too

This past Saturday, we got up extra early to chase after Le Bol d'Or, literally meaning the "Golden Cup" which is an annual sailing competition on Lac Leman. It was quite exciting to see all the fancy yachts struggling against no wind. This boat had the name "zen too", moving fairly ahead of the group from the start.
